Beautiful log cabin Inn at Cliffview Resort overlooking magnificent mountain valley views, offering 16 rooms, each with 2 queen beds, bathroom, satellite tv service, and sliding glass door to outside wrap around deck with porch swings and fantastic views. Perfect choice for weddings, receptions, retreats, conferences, church groups, youth groups, etc. Allows for privacy, meeting space, banquets and food service, use of outdoor areas. Inn rental comes with use of conference room with 6-5 ft round tables, 3 rectangular tables, large buffet serving table, sink, counter and cabinets, refrigerator, ice machine, coffee pots, microwaves. A large lobby with couches and chairs included and outside has large commercial gas grill and picnic tables. Additional tables and chairs can be provided with the additional set up fee.
A large connecting 2-room suite with large Jacuzzi tub is available. Perfect for honeymooners while wedding guests use the other rooms.
Massage therapy is available for anyone staying at the Inn. Call or e-mail in advance for massage.
During prime season, preference is given for rentals of one or two floors on weekends. Then individual rentals of rooms can be made when large group rentals are not taking place. Each floor has 8 rooms. Summer months and October require a 2 night stay.
During the off seasons of winter and spring, Inn can be rented for one night stays.
Housekeeping services are provided before and after each rental and not daily. Some extra supplies are available.
Inn Rental Rates Include Conference Room:
Mem. Day-Labor Day, Ocotber & Holiday Weekends: 2 night price: One floor-$2000; Both floors-$3600.
Dec.-Mar.12: Winter-2 night price for One floor- $1400; Both floors- $2600.
Mar. 13-Memorial Day: Spring-2 night price: One floor-$1800; Both floors-$3400.
One night stays available during the week, winter and spring only. One night in winter is $900 for one floor and $1600 for both floors. In spring, one night for one floor is $1200 and $2000 for both floors.
Weekday nightly rate is $75 per room plus tax.
Guests using conference room must leave conference room as it was upon arrival or money will be deducted from security deposit. Groups may pay a Set Up fee or Clean Up Fee if prefered. No nails, no staples and no duct tape allowed on walls.
Tax is 7%.
Conference Room Set Up & Clean Up Fee is not included in fee. Guests may set up room and decorate as agreed upon or may pay a set up fee and clean up fee if unable afterward. Set Up Fee is $175 and Clean Up Fee is $100 extra if needed.
