Situated high atop a hill overlooking beautiful Deer Water Lake, the views from this secluded cabin are magnificent. The lake is below on one side and the woods and cliffview are on the other side. This brick and stone 3 story house has 3-BR, with 4th sleeping area in the den with queen bed, 3-BA and sleeps up to 12 people. The master BR has one queen bed, one upstairs BR has 2 queen beds, the second BR upstairs has one queen and 2 twin beds, the downstairs den has a queen bed. Each floor has a bathroom. It comes with all the modern amenities including central heat/AC, dishwasher, washer/dryer for long stays, Jacuzzi tub, stone gas fireplace, vcr/dvd, cd player, two sat. tv's, Air Hockey table, & hot tub, wrap around deck. This chalet has the convience of the 2nd den area that has the Air Hockey, 2nd satellite tv, card table and chairs, couch and chairs for entertaining. Conveniently located on Deer Water Lake it allows groups and family reunions perfect opportunities for large get-to-gethers when other cabins on the lake are rented out also.

This Chalet requires a minimum rental age of 25 and your credit card will be authorized to hold out an additional $300 as a damage deposit. This amount is not charged out unless damage, vandalism, hot tub damage has occured. Younger age groups looking for large size cabins are welcome to visit Outback or Crow's Nest.

Rates: Dec.1-20 + Jan. 3-Mar. 12th- $400 a weekend or $1000 a week;

Mar.13-Memorial Day-$450 a weekend or $1100 a week;

Memorial Day-Labor Day $600 a weekend, $265 additional nights or $1400 a week.

Labor Day-Dec. 1- $530 a weekend; $225 additional nites. WEEKDAY RATES are 15% less. Best deals are offered Sunday-Friday.
