This large 1325 sq. ft. home is perfect for people wanting to get a way in a lake front location and have access to fishing, canoeing, swimming. The lake is a great Bass fishing lake but is "Catch & Release" fishing only. There is a shared dock and canoe available. It is "Swim At Your Own Risk". There are no lifeguards on duty. It also has a nice hiking trail behind this house that leads to a cave and creek. You can often hear the waterfall in Spring & Fall and in Winter it is frozen- over with magnificent icicles. It is a beautiful spot in Winter as the lake remains a clear blue-green color year round.
This house has very easy driving access, no winding or steep roads. All paved road.
This house has 3-BR, 2- baths, and one large 2-person Jacuzzi tub & OUTDOOR HOT TUB tub. Mar.13-Memorial Day-$440 a weekend or $1020 a week;
Memorial Day -Thanksgiving-$490 a weekend or $1130 a week. Per night fee gets less with each additional night. Tax is 7%.
WEEKDAY RATES are 15% less. Best deals are offered Sunday-Friday.
